The programme of Network Migration in Europe e.V. in the field of (forced) migration, minorities and human rights consists of three main projects:
In the frame of European citizenship education, the dialogue series „Rethinking Migration/Migration neu denken“ addresses explosive topics regarding the political and social handling of migration and integration in Europe.
Rethinking Migration is organized by Network Migration in Europe in Cooperation with the University of Bremen, Research Group „Migremus“, Institute for Geography, and the Federal Agency for Civic Education.

The European Forum is devoted to active learning and the dialogue on (forced) migrations and human rights in Europes past and present, and on European multicultural and interethnic experiences and relations.
During the seminars the participants will be offered five days of training and site visits on the topic of how european societies deal with their various human rights issues in particular respect to migration. The training program offers knowledge, methods and project work for multipliers, trainee teachers, young teachers, activists and advanced students engaged in education and training work.

The portal www.migrationeducation.org wants to adhere to the demands for rapid and well-founded information on migration, minorities and human rights in past and present. New transnational perspectives, knowledge on inclusion and exclusion policies and practices of migrants and minorities in european societies, are needed in order to strengthen democracy and human rights.
The Webportal is based on a collection of learning resources on (Forced) migration and human rights in Europe´s past and present specifically designed to provide support to all those involved in education, politics, culture, media and society.
